We are entering 2025, the year of ascension and the 5th dimension. The fifth dimension represents a higher level of spiritual consciousness and evolution. It is a plane of unity, love, and interconnectedness. In this dimension, there is a sense of oneness and harmony with all of creation.

enterSTELLAR is hosting sound frequency and guided meditation each Wednesday in January. Join us and be a part of this community. Whether you are new to sound baths or a seasoned participant, we leave inspired and balanced. This month we will focus together on new beginnings using vibration to create space that elevates our frequency and power of thought energy to move us forward into to 2025. We will enter with open hearts and conscious empathy.

We recommend bringing a comfortable mat enough for an hour on a concrete floor. Neck pillow and eye mask, bolsters for under knees. Be comfortable.
