Cancellations & refunds

Plans change, and we understand. To cancel or move your spot, just email us at [email protected] as soon as you know. Here's how it works.

24 hours or more before the bath

A full refund, or we can move your ticket to any future date. Your choice, no questions.

Less than 24 hours before

Because the room is small and your spot was held for you, we can't offer a cash refund this close. We'll gladly give you a credit good for any future sound bath, or you can send a friend in your place at no charge. Just let us know who's coming.

No-shows

Tickets are non-refundable if we don't hear from you, but please reach out anyway. We'd always rather find you another night than have you miss out.

If we cancel or reschedule

If we cancel or move a bath for any reason, you'll get a full refund or your ticket carried to the new date, whichever you prefer. And if a mix-up on our end caused the confusion, we'll always make it right.
