Join us for a 90-minute sound bath experience in a welcoming space. This November, we’re featuring throat singing, guided breath work meditation fallowed by the hour sound bath.

Afterward, gather in the lounge for light conversation and reflections on sound healing and wellness.

To ensure an intimate experience, space is capped at 46 participants. Dress comfortably and bring a mat, blankets, pillows, or any padding you need for a cozy experience. The more relaxed you are, the more you’ll benefit from the sound bath. Feel free to bring anything that enhances your comfort.
