enterSTELLAR ("we," "us," "our") built Entrain to be simple and respectful of your privacy. We collect as little as possible, never sell your data, and don't run advertising trackers. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Email address — only if you choose to share it (to get the day's frequency, launch news, or a receipt). Handled by our email provider (Kit / ConvertKit and Resend).
Payment information — if you make an optional contribution or join Entrain+, payment is processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
Anonymous presence — the live "souls tuning in" count uses a random, anonymous session identifier kept on your device. It is not linked to your name or email.
Basic technical data — standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) that our host (Cloudflare) records to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

To send only the emails you asked for.
To process optional contributions and Entrain+.
To show the live global count and keep the experience in sync.
To maintain security and improve the Experience.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make Entrain work: Square (payments), Kit / ConvertKit and Resend (email), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage on your device

We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences (like your chosen journey or an Entrain+ unlock). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in any message. To access or delete the limited data we hold (such as your email), contact us and we'll take care of it.

Children

Entrain is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
