Welcome to Entrain, a sound and frequency experience by enterSTELLAR ("we," "us," "our"). By using our websites, the Entrain app, and any sound baths, journeys, or related content (together, the "Experience"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Experience.

Wellness & medical disclaimer

The Experience is offered for relaxation, meditation, and general wellbeing only. It is not a medical device or treatment, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, or condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental-health care.

Frequency associations (such as solfeggio tones and the Schumann resonance) are shared as tradition and personal experience, not as scientific or medical claims. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is promised.

If you have a medical or psychological condition, are sensitive to sound or prone to seizures, are pregnant, or have any concern, please consult a qualified professional before use. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery. Keep the volume at a comfortable level to protect your hearing. You use the Experience at your own discretion and risk.

The Experience is provided "as is"

We offer the Experience on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, enterSTELLAR and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Experience. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Support & payments

The core Experience is free. Optional contributions and Entrain+ are processed securely by our payment provider (Square); we never see or store your full card details. Optional one-time contributions are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, reach out and we'll make it right.

Email

If you choose to share your email, we use it only to send what you signed up for (such as the day's frequency or launch news). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Intellectual property

The Experience, including its audio, visuals, code, and the enterSTELLAR and Entrain names and marks, is owned by enterSTELLAR and protected by law. You may enjoy it for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use the Experience lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse it in ways that could harm others or the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
