What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided session where you lie down, fully clothed, and rest while an hour of live sound, such as gongs and singing bowls, and resonant frequencies washes over you, giving the mind and body a chance to settle into deep stillness.

A sound bath is an immersive meditative experience. You lie down comfortably, fully clothed, usually with an eye mask, and simply rest while sound moves through the space around you. There is nothing to perform and nothing to get right. You are not "bathing" in water, you are bathing in sound.

At enterSTELLAR, that sound comes from live instruments like gongs and singing bowls, layered with resonant frequencies, gentle guided meditation, and light projection. Over the course of about an hour, the sound gives the nervous system a chance to downshift, and many people describe it as a deep reset, somewhere between meditation and rest.

Sound baths are for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, and no experience or special ability is required. If you can lie down and listen, you can receive a sound bath.
